Chilean regulator SUBTEL has published a modification to the RESOLUCIÓN N° 1.985 EXENTA, of 2017. Updating it to accommodate devices that make use of WiFi 6 standards.
On 13th October, the Malaysian Government announced their plan to phase out 3G network coverage by the end of 2021. As of 1st January 2021, all approvals including renewal approvals will no longer be issued for 3G-only equipment and 4G-capable mobile phones without VoLTE (Voice over LTE).
