The Ministry of Information, Communications, and the Digital Economy in Kenya has initiated the final phase of its regulatory review process for the upcoming Kenya Information and Communication Regulations, 2026. This process includes a series of virtual stakeholder validation sessions scheduled for 15 September 2026, 16 September 2026, and 17 September 2026.
