Public consultation on changes to national frequency plan

Honduras regulator CONATEL has launched a public consultation on proposed updates to the National Frequency Plan.

The draft resolution under discussion is here.

Comments are being recieved until the 23rd of December and should be sent to the following email address - consulta.publica@conatel.gob.hn

Honduras Launches Public Consultation to Update its National Frequency Allocation Plan

CONATEL has opened a public consultation on proposed amendments to Honduras' National Frequency Allocation Plan (PNAF). The draft introduces private IMT networks, expands the 6 GHz band for Wi-Fi 6E/7, enables additional Mobile Satellite Service allocations, and modernizes NGSO satellite regulations. The proposal does not change the country's type approval procedures or certification requirements.
